1.) Disclaimer: TunnelRatTraffic reserves the right to refuse any members or member advertisements and sites for any reason. This includes the right to terminate any accounts using Spam tactics or that we feel may otherwise harm or abuse our system in any way. All credits, referrals, commissions earned, and remaining upgraded time will be forfeited.
2.) Websites: We do NOT allow the following websites (or websites deemed inappropriate) containing:
* Warez or sites with adult content
* Pornography, sexually explicit, illegal content
* PTP, HYIP, and auto-surf programs
* Sites containing iframes or too many redirects
* More than 1 pop-up window
* No pop-unders, pop-overs, redirects, or other pre-loading sites
* All malicious hacking programs
* Websites in a language other than English
Basically, if it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. Fill out a support ticket if you are unsure.
Any accounts violating these terms will be suspending and/or deleted pending review.
3.) Membership Constraints: Currently we are accepting memberships [of all types] from any country and/or region with the understanding that all of terms apply to every member with equal regard. As a web-based business platform, any country with an internet connection [56k speeds of higher recommended] are welcome to join our community of internet marketers and entrepreneurs.
4.) Activity: TunnelRatTraffic also reserves the right to terminate accounts for inactivity, cheating, credit stacking, using surf 'bots' or other unethical hacks.
5.) Rotators: Rotators are discouraged but allowed assuming they pass the surf bar verification and do not contain content violating our terms and conditions.
6.) Financial Information: TunnelRatTraffic is does not work for or associate with any of the payment processor programs that we use. PayPal and AlertPay are used solely for membership services and purchases. You are responsible for cancelling
your subscriptions or recurring charges through the payment processor. Refunds will not be made once a sale is completed as the credits have already been assigned to your account once the payment has processed.
7.) Changes: TunnelRatTraffic reserves the right to add, change, or otherwise modify the terms and conditions without notice at anytime. However, we do respect your business and will notify you of significant changes, especially if said changes have an adverse impact on your account status.
8.) Emails: We are a free and paid advertising site, and as such you also agree to receive emails daily as a subscriber to our member newsletter. To stop receiving these messages, you must cancel your TunnelRatTraffic membership.
9.) Affiliate Commissions: Cash commissions can be requested once you reach the $10 threshold. A link will appear in your member area in the 'Convert' section once you have reached the minimum amount. Cash may also be converted to credits or impressions.
Upon registration, the member agrees to said terms and conditions stated above. |
